This sucks. Because they have all kinds of stories and I have a brand new laptop(1 month old). That they refuse to replace or refund and all their replies to my emails have been passive aggressive to outright snotty. And I have to make legal threats now which they seem too retarded to understand and they doubling down now on that they refuse to replace it. I sent it back to them and they said they found "no fault". I wouldn't have sent it back if there was no problem.So many threads, just search

Nobody knows to search myBB before they buy from Evetech but when they have problems miraculously, there's myBB.

It's a Lenovo. I have had numerous Lenovos and I have always been happy with them. Problem is that I do not live near a partserve or even remotely near one. So I unfortunately can't just in a car and drive there.what brand?
they tried the same stunt with my wifes MSI laptop , i took it to partserve with the Evetech invoice, and they sorted it with no issues

Thats a pity, i honestly would arrange with Partserve to ship it in, they really are an awesome group to deal with. Worst thing is Evetech telling me that they tested it and found no fault. Who in their right mind would send something back to the retailer if it isn't faulty?
I have contacted the ombudsman and consumer complaints and both said it's not lawful what Evetech is doing. I sent them all the details regarding the situation. Hopefully something gets sorted.
Can vouch for WootWareWhen will people learn... do not support those pakistani guys at Evetech. Buy from Wootware or similar.
