Excel..and voila...PDF ?

Its weird, at work when I make PDF's out of excel or word documents I think I go Print >> Publish PDF and it creates the PDF with the same name as the excel workbook and in the same location. :confused:

You're right - if your excel workbook is in the same folder where you save the pdf's it will default to that folder as the destination path. OK so that's allready better!!
Although I have to change the name of file to client name - the Excel workbook is a template
 
No just click the menu item that emails it as PDF I think the command is file > send. I'm battling to understand why this is so difficult. Either you have excel 2003 or you don't have the export PDF addon installed.
I have that addon, but then the attchment pdf have the same name as the template Excel file. Unless I make a copy of the file each time I do that invoice and then use the "send as pdf attachment". That should be easier I think. To keep record I suppose I can just save those emails into one folder in Outlook? What would you say?
