Exotic game meats

Greetings mybroadband. I trust you're all having a lovely Saturday morning. I know mine is with a splitting headache. But that's alright. :) *sips*

Anyways.. Anyone know where I can find exotic game meats in Cape Town? i.e. Crocodile, Kudu, Impala, Warthog, Springbok, etc. :)
 
I'm not much of a meat eater when I go out, but...
There's a small game farm in Kommetjie called Solole, and they have a restaurant called Rioja; it's been a while since I've been there, but I remember them serving those (check first, though - my memory is sketchy).
Karibu at the Waterfront has ostrich and springbok.
So does Gold Restaurant although that'd be prepared Malay style (and you can do a drummer's circle there).
I seem to recall Marco's African Restaurant having springbok, crocodile, kudu, and a friend had a smiley there - I wasn't too impressed with the food I had there, but it's a touristy place with entertainment.
Might also be able to get these at Mama Africa.
Moyo at Spier has gemsbok, impala and springbok IIRC.
Don't know if they still do it, but Empire Cafe in Muizenberg had a warthog burger at some point.
 
Spar carries a line of tinned exotic meat pates including Croc.
Springbok and Kudu can be ordered through specialist butchers eg supermeats but they are very expensive
Best way to go about getting a supply of exotic meat is to get a few mates together for a hunting weekend (bow or rifle) and have your haul butchered on site and divved up to fit in your chest freezers.
 
Hussar Grill up the back of Camps Bay had some loins on display just inside their door - I didn't take much notice what it was but with their menu it could well have been game meat.
I love eating it that place - i'm sure they could put you onto somewhere that does sell if they don't.
