Expected date of delivery

With our son my wife had morning sickness early and with our latest edition this year she had it later. She will get it, its just the severity & frequency will differ and the time of day (ie can be also in the evening).

Some women go through pregnancy without any morning sickness.

My wife had morning sickness for the first 7 months of our first child, and then for about 2 weeks for our second.
She lived on ginger tea for those first 7 months.

I forgot about the ginger thing. With the latest one whenever I opened up the pantry, I had to shift away dozenz of packets of Ginger Biscuits to get to the tinned food. :)

But good luck :)

Are these your first?

Yes they are, we decided to start trying in August, by the 25th she was pregnant with twins nogal. It's incredibly exciting although we go for foetal assessment on Friday which is a bit stressful.

All the best. Its a great experience and I enjoyed all 3 times. Love my kids and wouldn't swop for most things in the world :)

Most things, lol. I don't think I've ever been this excited about anything in my life and I'm generally quite an excitable person...

Best thing for me was being their when it all happened (including conception :) ) ... all 3 of my kids where just as amazing. 3 best moments of my life.

Ja, with twins it'll be caesar (sp) so I will not be anywhere near. I will feint if I see blood and guts and whatnot. I'll be there immediately afterwards though with my cigar;)

It's not as bad as that Juggy. They have her covered with a small curtain so you only see what you want to. Me, I wanted to see everything - the cutting, reaching in and yanking the baby out - then holding them for the first time. Just be prepared for how they look when they first come out, it's a bit of a shocker.

OMG, how tough it is to be the father. Everything you have to go through ... all the pain, discomfort and suffering. How will you ever survive?? :D

I'm sure working my fingers to the bone for all eternity has to count for something surely seeing as the pregnancy only lasts all of what, 9 months...?;) real tough job that, doing what you were born and put on his earth to do.

I can't help it if blood and guts freak me out.

Your statement is part of the problem, men are not appreciated enough.
