Morning,

Anyone ordered anything from Enway Power Solutions before? I see a few mentions of them in the solar threads but not sure if anyone has actually used them before.

I'm placing an order for a Hubble AM-2 and I see they only accept EFT for payment. Their website is also a generic template site. This would normally cause me to avoid using an online store completely but they seem to be legit based off the Google reviews and what I can pick up on this forum.

Before I lose R27k I would love to know if anyone has dealt with them before.

I did call ahead too and spoke to the guy, so at least I know the number works.

Thanks!

Only 5 star reviews on Hellopeter. Literally every single one of the (dozens of) reviews. Seems a bit sus to me.

I bought my panels from these guys and the battery seems to be cheaper there atm:

Though I note now that the batteries are on back-order, perhaps phone them for an ETA.

Yep, I don't ever really use Hellopeter as a trust indicator. I prefer relying on Google reviews, of which you can see the users have good history of reviews on the platform.

They are legit, I know couple of people who have bought from there including a family member. I was very involved in the family member purchase and the service was just excellent.

I think I saw the recommendation from @Steamy Tom about him ages ago, I could be wrong though.

They are cool, the guy who owns or manages the store is a great guy, very supportive on sales and after sales.

Thanks. The only reason I'm considering them is because nobody else seems to have stock on hand at the moment. The guy called me back now and also mentioned there is some delay with shipping so I guess we'll wait and see. Won't pay anything though until he let's me know it's ready to ship.

It is very unusual to get only 5* reviews, but it certainly is possible.

If you have a bit of patience my money would still be with https://powerforum-store.co.za/ where I bought my set up and got invaluable advice from

Out of curiosity, How long do you normally have to wait for shipping? I placed my order and sent through payment today and I've already checked my email 1000x hoping to see a shipment email :p

It depends on the stock my one item was on back order a week so I think I waited about 2 weeks the first time.

When I just bought a battery the second time was within the week.

Just a warning till the installation takes place the entire shipment falls under house content for insurance. You might wanna plan accordingly.

Once installation takes place its home/property.

I dont wish any ill will on anyone im just saying be careful that you are covered for the worst. We had installation take place 3 weeks after delivery so 200k goodies just chilling in the garage.

I know the feeling :) its also A MASSIVE TRUCK!
