You likely looking at their busiest time.
It took 2-3 days for mine, this was a no LS period of 3 months though. If you are serious maybe try call 8/9am

I'm just impatient, but not in a super hurry.
After you paid did they email you to acknowledge receipt or anything like that? I paid yesterday, sent through the proof of payment but I haven't heard anything back from them. I know It's only been a day, but I'm a little concerned. Figured I'd phone tomorrow, but maybe they don't contact you until it's ready to ship
I just received confirmation of payment and eta on shipping but feel free to contact its a large amount

I had my whole solar system installed by enway. They are legit and provide possibly the best service I have experienced in a long time for anything. They have 5 star reviews for a reason. My colleague also bought batteries from them and had no issues.
