I have been with WA for a good few months now. I am not a gamer, so can not comment on that front.
Support - mixed. I had one ticket responded to after a month and when I asked questions on it, was told it is with the engineers and they will get back to me. That was a few weeks ago and I am still waiting. At other times, it will be fine. It does depend on who you speak to.
When I moved over to WA, the speeds etc were awesome no matter what time of day and night. You tube flew; downloads were great. That is no longer the case and during the day it is hit and miss - bar browsing which is generally fine.
The goalposts change rather often - new packages seem to be introduced all the time at premium pricing. It now means that what was a great service for me, is variable and I am certainly not willing to pay a significant amount more to - presumably - have what I had when I stated with WA.
I think my major criticism is their marketing speak when they tell us what they think we should be doing - sadly I have not found them consistent in this field.
So in summary - lots of potential, just sometimes a bit hard to see behind all the marketing hype and Jeff is a good "go to" guy.
