Hope this is the correct place for this.
I have 3 Sites I would like to change from 56Kb Dial-Up Connection to allways on connection.I am not particularry against or for anything. All I want is a service that is reliable. It can be wireless,ADSL or ISDN.I prefer Uncapped, and the cost is not that important.Any suggestions from Experienced users would be appreciated.

Firstly ISDN is not an allways on connection. IMO for higher volume data if ADSL is available it would be the preferred choice.

You didn't give us enough info.
Are these three sites only going to need to connect to each other?
If so you can use cheap local-only accounts from an IS reseller like OpenWeb and set up VPNs between the three sites.

Look at Datapro's offerings. They can help you set up vpn with no cap.

And, no I am not connected with Datapro, but we have installed this for one of our clients.
