Explora Ultra Not Responding to A9 Remote

My Explora Ultra is not responing to remote control commands and requires a reboot to allow me change channels, volume etc. This all started a few days ago when there was an update to the Explora Ultra that was downloaded and installed. It's become progessivly worse over the last few days. After about 10min from the reboot it becomes unresponsive again. The green light flashes when buttons are pushed, the remote has new batteries too. The buttons on the Explora are also unresponsive when pressed. Does anyone else have a similar issue at the moment? Any help would be appreciated. I've tried to reset the remote but there doesn't seem to be a way for the new A9 remote that seems to work.

I have the same issue. Have you been sorted?
