Suddenly my Explora 3B does not record?

Please HELP! Suddenly my almost new Explora 3b stopped recording. As a pensioner I maybe pushed a wrong button, and cannot get it fixed? Tried rebooting with no success.
When a program is set to record the red recording circle shows, BUT when the specific time comes up the circle just turns black, and does not start recording?
Tried to manual record and that also doesnt work?

Many things could cause this problem, such as an account issue or faulty decoder or mistake with your setup on Multichoice's side.

Not easily fixed yourself unfortunately. If you have an installer to refer back to that would be best, otherwise try and label all the connections before disconnecting and take it to a main MC branch for testing / fixing.

If you have more than one decoder in use, take any others with as well.
 
Dear OP
Here is the fix
1. Remove decoder from TV setup/lounge/wherever
2. Park car in the driveway
3. Put decoder in front of any of the car's wheels
4. Slowly drive car over the decoder
5. Pick up remains from driveway and toss in the bin
6. Come here and tell Frikkie what you think of him.

Silly question, but you have enough space to record? Tried deleting items?
