Extend Xbox360 controller range

As the title says.

I have my xbox in the lounge and well as a feed via hdmi/cat6 to another lounge. Is it possible to extend the controller signal so that I can use the controllers in the other lounge.

Not quite sure what you mean, but what I would like to do is to be able to sit in the lounge while they play in the other lounge.

My AV system is all situated in the lounge so moving the xbox is not an option.

Buy controllers that connect to a receiver on the usb ports , only thing i can come up with atm.
