i really need this as my signal is very weak/erratic , and last month i could only use around 300 megs of my one gig. yes it hurts ... sniffs...

My friend who happens to own the local Vodashop told me he had been informed that a new shipment has arrived and should be available any day now - hopefully early next week.

We should maybe clarify when we refer to 'external antennas'.

The first type is the small clip-on, external antenna that is about 20cm long and normally attach to your laptop screen with a clip or velcro. You should get one of these with your data card and if you did not, please follow the instructions in the FAQ to get yours.

There are also high-gain external (as in outside your house, mounted in a fixed position) antennas. Some of you have already received these due to special situations. These are not yet in the retail chain and I need to chase that up.
