Extractor fan for inverter

Our inverter and batteries are installed in pantry which is around 2.5m2, I keep door open but I can feel heat build up closer to the ceiling especially when inverter fans are on (sunsynk 8kW).
So I was wondering if I should install ceiling fan to extract hot air and "pull in" colder air.
On hot days it might work few hours and I would prefer ones that spin slower.

Any suggestions, good or bad idea?
Are temps below ok?

You should keep your battery as cool as possible, heat ages them. Inverter itself is fine.

Thanks, I just checked battery temperatures and they range from 25 to 28 Celsius through the day.

Inverter is fine at 50, batteries not so much.

Put a bathroom extractor fan in the ceiling that comes on when the inverter is charging or discharging, you can use the NO/NC dry contact relay for this, and put some vents in the bottom of the door.

Not too cool either. Cold Temps result in batteries not functioning properly.
The closer you can stay at 25degC the better

get a proper extractor fan with a thermostat and dont bother with the generic stuff off the shelf ,the generic stuff is noisy and unreliable ,a proper one uses a wax pellet to open and close the vents and run smoothly ,you dont want it turning on only at specific times because they take time to build up suction properly .also remember the smaller the fan the noisier it is ,small blades chop the air and whine .we have use 20 cm computer fans at 12v with a thermostat set at 32 on and 27 off ,they are cheap ,but sometimes because of no flaps , in winter they struggle to get the cold air in the roof moving .xpelair is recommended .also inline fans with a duct and proper grill are silent ,but i have seen the impellers fall off if the suction is too high .with a 20cm computer fan mounted in the ceiling it can run 24 hrs ,over the fan inside the roof space put a bucket etc with a few 30 mm holes in it over the fan , it blocks the cold air noise and prevents beavers from looking at you through the fan .

if funds allow the inline units are the best as the fan ass can be mounted and the flex pipes connected to the vent ,Also crocodiles etc cant get past the fan to look at you staring at your inverter
