I originally had extraview with two 1110 decoders. My setup was that I had four TV's, Primary feeding main bedroom and secondary feeding Lounge. Then I had an RF out from the primary decoder that went to a 1x2 splitter that split the signal to my remaining two rooms. The picture quality on all four TV was great. I now changed both my decoders with PVR's and just added the additional LNB cables to each decoder. The two TV's playing from the decoders via HDMI works perfectly but my additional TV's pick up a very weak signal. Please advise what I need to add to my connections or if this can be done at all woth the PVR's.

The Pace HDPVRs don't have a good RF signal, you can improve it slightly by changing the frequency to something in the 20's. The setting is in equipment setup. Don't make both decoders the same, make one 26 & the other 28 for example, and you'll obviously need to retune the TVs

Many thanks for the swift response. Is their no other devices that can be connected to boost the signal?

So does this happen because the PVR dont convert the HD Signal correctly? If this is the case can you get attach proper converter or maybe a booster?

No I am using a normal two way splitter. After playing around with the frequency I got the one TV looking great but the forth TV picks up a signal but very bad.

I played with each frequency between 20 and 30 but still cant get the last TV to play clear. Also I use to pick up both signals from the primary and secondary decoder. Only the Primary decoders signal is clear on the third TV. The forth TV dont even detect the signal at all.

Soon yes, soon but for now I would like to get all my TV's working like it did with the 1110 setup.

You should be getting both decoders on screens 3 and 4. Even with the "poor" RF outputs on the HD PVR's, you should see something, if you had no issues with the 1110's. Something seems to be wrong with the installation. I would also change the splitter with an active one, like this. This will give you 8 dB gain, instead of a 3 dB loss, which is quite a lot of extra RF signal strength.
