Briatore got banned for "Crashgate". <-- got it?

Horner must be sweating bullets bearing in mind what the FIA did to a team principle who knowingly cheated. <-- got it now? The precedent was set to ban a team principle for cheating. Horner is a team principle. Now sit down and work it all out...

Was it broken down into simple-enough terms?

You know that so far no team is actually accused of anything by the FIA? You can go into defence mode next week if it is indeed your team that is accused ;).

You doing all the hard work now and it could be Mercedes or Ferrari...

Amazing that we can fill a couple of pages without even having a clue if anyone actually broke the budget cap and, if they did, what the FIA purposes to do about it

Fark, I was simply talking about the drivers possibly not knowing and there you go...going to stop now. I realised I was trying to debate a moron (not Haggis).

Ok let's try an analogy since you love those. A jockey wins a horse race. After the race it's determined that the team doctor has been giving the horse performance enhancing drugs. Does the jockey still get to keep his win because he didn't know? Come on now.
 
So your friend rob a bank and buys you a Ferrari. You did not know he robbed a bank.
