I looked like a replica, with "ASTON MARTIN" scratched off.

It's a promo shell or replica used to promote the drinks, it was at Makro a while back and recently I believe Canal Walk's checkers.

It's usually unwatched and left in busy areas, so I'd lean towards it being a replica made of plastic?

Nevermind the fake marina, it just looks like a generally crap/uninteresting location.

Way outside the city, no beach, no retro 80s architecture, just a piece of track in the middle of nowhere...

I didn't realise that the cars were so low on power. An international Formula 3 car outputs more power than a current Formula E car.

The tech is improving at a rapid pace. Can you imagine the EV tech for both racing and road cars 20 years from now? It's going to be awesome

Street circuits are a cop out. I'd love to know why they think they help. Maybe the racing is so bad that they have to introduce more crashes.

Part of the selling point from the people running FE is that you can have racing in a major city centre and not break noise regulations. That’s why they have races in crappy street circuits over using a proper circuit. They’ve did use Jerez a season or 2 ago but modified it shorten it and add chicanes. But the races were a bit of a joke - cars ended running out of energy and only a few finished the race

I remember that. Most exciting FE I ever saw.

If the cars can go further and we can move to proper race tracks and have longer races it will up the entertainment value for me. What's the current limit, 45 minutes right? Meh.
