Tsunoda was hit by Albon... was a seperate incident to the Zhou one. Same one that then caused Ocons damage
 
Looks like they are going back to Qualy grid positions

I think it was because they hadn't even completed a sector of the race when the red flag was initiated. If they had completed a sector then they could use the sector positions to restart.... I think

I’m glad Zhou is alright, pity George is out, I was really looking forward to see how he would have done today.

He wouldn't have made it back anyway. He did the right thing regardless, he'll have many more chances to win at silverstone.
