No, it was photoshoped by the internet - The Driver names didn't even match the team names.

Both George and Lewis are not too far off from Sainz, if either can win a race (or at least get a podium) and Sainz has another dnf ( quite possible looking at how unreliable they are) they could could pass Sainz within just a handful of races.
