One team boss said: “The changes are so extreme for 2023 because Mercedes claim that they have found 40% more downforce for next year, so they have urged the FIA to act. If Mercedes have genuinely done that, then you may as well hand them the world championship now.” ..."
Someone isn't following the sport.

Toto Wolff has admitted that if Nyck de Vries is seeking a place on the F1 grid, the answer doesn't lie with Mercedes.

The Austrian was speaking after the Dutch driver had posted the ninth best time in opening practice after taking over Lewis Hamilton's car.

On the other hand I think the teams will be fighting over giving Jamie Chadwick a test if she keeps up her current form.

Not many possible seats available. He lost out to Albon for the Williams seat for this year. And rumour is that Piastri is a possibility for that seat for 2023. But an outside chance is Logan Sargeant from F2 who is also a Williams development driver. He’s second at the moment and if he becomes champ, there would likely be pressure from Liberty to get him into F1 since he is American.

She's definitely dominating but is only in Wseries again because she couldn't get funding for F3. W series actually had to change their rules to allow her back and I believe she is a few super license points short for a FP outing in F1

In that case I hope her current success is making the F3 sponsors/teams rethink their stance.
on the other hand there could soon be a new All Female Team entering F3  ;)

Go Charles. The new king of pole. Sainz can't be too happy but he did a great job of backing him up.
Nico Rosberg angling to be the new Murray Walker "I think Max is going to be putting a lo of pressure on Verstappen...."

Such bullshit that a guy like Latifi has a seat but De Vries doesn't.

Man this must be the worst track in F1. Those blue and red lines everywhere hurts the eyes.

Definitely. And you never know where a car is on the track. Was watching the F2 quali and Hauger pulled off track and I did not know while corner it was since they all look the same.

Spotted Dr Patrice Motsipe walking past during the pre-race show.

Pretty soon Sainz is going to b closer to Perez than Perez is from Le Clerc. He could still finish P3.
