So what are we feeling WRT the rookies this year?

I'm expecting De Vries to do well, battling in the middle order nicely.
Piastri has a good car if recent years are anything to go by. If that holds true, I'm expecting some good results, maybe a podium even.
Logan Sargent is definitely going to be one of the drivers this year and I am definitely expecting him to get some race finishes.

Only other rookie is Stroll and I expect him to get utterly mutilated at every step by Alonso. DTS is going to be R-rated next year.

By what definition is Stroll a rookie?

That Duracell branding is quite clever if you ask me... and epic to see Gulf on a vehicle again.
I thought that too, very eye catching, was a good branding person that fitted that shape to the color scheme and saw a Penlight Battery.

R900 million from SA Tourism to sponsor a foreign Premier League team that isn't even the top club in their city let alone champions of England or Europe...

But no money to sponsor the first F1 race in South Africa in almost 30 years. #JustANCLogic
Which race should we sponsor?

Ford To Announce Formula 1 Engine Deal With Red Bull Racing From 2026: https://www.carscoops.com/2023...ith-red-bull-racing-from-2026/

TLDR; Red Bull Racing will brand its engine as Ford units in exchange for financial and technical support
This is great, now they can at least say "I am racing a car" instead of saying "I am racing a cooldrink.". Bring back the 1960s where cooldrinks were not racing in F1, then maybe I will watch again.

Yup, after the 1960s they started racing cooldrinks and the rest is history

‘BRAVE’ CHANGES, RED BULL-STYLE IDEAS ON 2023 ALFA ROMEO F1 CAR: https://the-race.com/formula-1/alfa-romeo-2023-f1-car-launch-red-bull-inspired-sidepods/

"... Sauber unveiled the Alfa Romeo C43 on Tuesday in the first launch of the season to feature images of an actual 2023 car through a hybrid of digital renders and a physical show car.
The bulk of its design work has been focused on the rear of the car, where there are clear differences to its predecessor including reworked rear suspension, new gearbox casing and Red Bull style sidepods – although technical director Jan Monchaux would not say whether the chassis is entirely new, only that it has been “changed in some areas”. ..."
