Just installed TuneIn Pro (no ads), on the Phone, and it seams quite good.
Acid test is tonight at 20:00, our Power is off but BBC5 Live are doing a Season Preview, I will sit in the garden with a Beer and listen to it :)

Android or iOS?

Well if the Load shedding stays as is I will at least get to watch Quail Live on Saturday, but no chance of watching the race on Sunday :cautious: Coverage is 15:30 - 20:30 and the Blackout is 16:00-20:30.
So much for Race Week One.
Solar went in 2 weeks ago. I recently added an aircon into the braai room, so that room will be off limits for the SO and kids during all F1 sessions from now on and it will all be powered by the sun. Excited!

Just how lekker is that feeling, hey? It never gets old. You always find someone around you to remind you what you're missing in the load shedding department.

I do try my best to not make noise about it though. You quickly realise how unfair it is that not everyone can do it and you can't even share if you wanted to.

Got a message from my neighbour earlier today, apologising in advance for the noise incoming 15th and 16th March.

Yip, he's going solar.

I'm just a little jealous, I won't lie.

Formula 1 teams banned from hiding new parts in tweak to sporting regulations

Ugh BFS...they should just make this like the various US racing series where the only difference is the engine. And then probably not by much.
Have someone make the same chassis so there's zero innovation and let them "race".

I wonder how long it'll be before fans start demanding F1 return to its unlimited budgets and unlimited innovation. There surely is a better way to level the field for smaller teams.

How does transparency in innovation equate to limiting innovation? Surely teams should be able to see that their rivals are innovating within the rules?

Eish wanted to grab the f1tv special last night, but see it expired Sunday already. So full price this year

Why would anyone still be sand bagging come quali? Surely by then it's time to show what they've got?
Today is practice not quali. I should have been more clear, I meant specifically regarding today's first session.
