Gents... it's cool to have a favourite driver and all. But why are we denigrating other drivers?

Max is driving fantastically, probably the best at the moment. Add to that the rocketship and it's not surprising he's cleaning up. Lewis also had a fantastic drive yesterday - give credit where it's due. Not sure why we always have to be negative, it really makes this thread tiresome to read at times.

I'm no fan of Lewis - but he did have a good weekend overall and a decent race for sure.
 
Max is literally just chilling these race weekends... no one can touch him. Its quite impressive

Not denigrating Max, just stating the obvious - Lewis is better with 7 DWC.

Lewis is at the backend of his career and Max is in his prime now. Lewis is one of the best to ever do it for sure but I don't believe he is currently better than Max. You are looking at championship wins over the last 10 years to determine who is currently the best driver on the grid, that makes no sense.
 
Believe Merc is bring more upgrades to Canada, new floor, front and rear wing.

Lewis was 29 when he won his second WDC. Max was 25. At this rate he can have 7 WDC by the time he is 30.

We can do this dance all day. LH is (was) a fantastic driver. Every indication is that MV is at least as good.
