Any one of Drugovich, Schwartzman, Lawson, Doohan, Herta. Probably a couple other names one can add to the list.
Yea, they'd all be good to see in a seat I reckon. Not sure throwing them directly into a Merc is a good plan though. Could definitely see Albon or Lando being promoted and then getting replaced by one of the above, though I'm not sure a move to Merc is a promotion from a McLaren at the moment.

So that means Leclerc is stuck at Ferrari for at least another two years (unless Mercedes release one of Lewis or George with a golden handshake)...

Yea, but I don't see that happening. I don't see LeClerc moving and I can't see a good reason Merc would get rid of either of them, not with their current form anyway.

Aston might be an option, or McLaren if they aren't happy with Piastri. Possibly even RB, Checo is doing himself no favours by driving like an amateur.

Yeah, maybe to replace Fernando at Aston Martin could be feasible when the time comes for El Nino to step down. Will probably heavily depend on how they're performing though.

Strolleosis really needs to go, he's just been nowhere.
His dad brings money to the team (owning the F1 and road car companies)...his son brings 47 points. Nothing more. And he can't even blame his broken hand/s anymore either. He did nothing last year, and seemingly has continued that in spite of AMR having made a significant leap over that dog that Vettel had to drive in 2022.
