It does look that way as it looks like an overtaking opportunity. It is said to be a once off though
I must admit though fewer, the corner overtaking opportunities at Singapore aren't bad... at least they're less artificial ala DRS.

Finally the FIA appears to be listening to drivers and fans as the 2026 rules overhaul is likely to see cars lighter and smaller.
The current cars are among the biggest and heaviest in the entire history of the sport, 203 kgs heavier than their 2008 counterparts - the year before KERS was first introduced - and 156 kgs heavier than in 2013, the year before the sport went hybrid.
 
I’ll believe it when I see it. The eye always talk about making the cars lighter and then the engineers/teams complain and they revert. Also need to see how big the changes will be. The cars now are too long but that’s probably mainly a result of ground effect. But would love to see the cars back to the dimensions of the pre-2008 design.

By the looks of things, the race itself could be dry but the start may be a bit damp.
