Okay. Maybe I am mistaken.

Hamilton has a 12 point lead. Give Russell his missing 25 and he now has a 13 point lead. Remove 7 point from Hamilton (1st to 2nd) and that gives you a 20 point lead.

Where are the other 2 points?
Ag sorry man. I just scanned the tables and worked out in my head, Think I had 26 points in there for a win and fastest lap.
But if 2 points difference is what you want to take from my argument about who did the best this year. So be it.

More just pointing out that you're talking out your ass again, as usual. Can't even be factual with the most basic stuff. Shempies.

Which of you didn't seriously predict Russell would outperform Lewis this year?
I didn't give it a moments thought. I always FF through Russell's and Lewis's interviews as I couldn't care any less about them.

If one of them is beating Max then I'll cheer though.

Yes, its like arguing with a woman. Or those spellcheckers. You have no counter for the argument at hand, just want to spellcheck or math check because you have nothing else. Does it matter in terms of the argument, whether its 20 or 22?

Nah, simple logic says they shouldn’t give Lewis anything to take to Ferrari.

Well it's a moot point. He was disqualified, so he isn't ahead. What more is there to discuss?

Like I said, he does not want to play second fiddle. he has proven that at Ferrari. So then if you do not want to play second fiddle, you cannot be a good nr2 and no big team will want to sign you if you not a team player.
Oh and Merc did not have a replacement for Hamilton while Sainz was available.

No driver wants to play second fiddle. That does not change the fact that he would never be anything more than a #2 driver at a top team. Ferrari literally just showed us this by sticking with Charles as their long-term lead. Charles is a future WDC in terms of ability and he has beaten Sainz head-to-head.

He is a #2 at a top-team. Doesn't matter how he rates himself, the only way he gets back into a top-team is in support of someone better.

Red Bull wins the WCC with Sainz instead of Perez.

Was busy the weekend and forgot to ask. What did the new Wonderkid from Merc do in FP1? Was he at least close to Russell?

Hopefully qualifying is consistently properly wet so that everyone is forced to use the wet tyres. And there's a bit of wind to blow away the spray thrown up so there are no safety concerns about visibility, that would make for a cracking session.

Maybe some of the flat track bullies will be shown up.

Brazil is ALWAYS an amazing race. rain or no rain.

and this season is so unpredictable, that anything can happen.

Brazil is also always unpredictable. so I am really looking forward to this weekend.

I'm expecting Colapinto to shine as he is going to have some frenzied support there.
But to be honest there is a lot more to look forward to
