Anyone know what the heck happened with the first VSC? One minute it’s a VSC, then the leaders pop in for tyres and the VSC ends then after that pit stop it’s suddenly a full SC with no sign of accidents and most of the field still on inters?

What was the point of that SC?

What was the point of that SC?

Think it was when the Haas was stuck on the gutter. So they called VSC. Then marshals pushed him off and he got going so VSC was ended immediately. Nothing to do with who goes into the pits. Same as yellow flags, as soon as car that went off, gets going again the yellow flags stop immediately.

So the safety car is now used instead of full wets? Nah… FIA is getting soft. The poor guys who put on full wets got penalised.
