"It's funny because even before I said a word in the stewards, he was swearing at the stewards," Russell began, referring to Verstappen's behaviour in the stewards' room. "He was so angry, before I'd even spoken. And at the end of the day, there's nothing to lie about.

At that point Wolff, who had been standing beside Russell as he listened to his driver speak, chose to get involved. Asked if he felt Verstappen has been enabled by those around him, the Austrian launched an attack of his own on Red Bull team principal Christian Horner, with whom he has had plenty of run-ins in the past.

"Why does he feel entitled to comment about my driver?" Wolff asked. "How does that come? But you know, thinking about it, I spent 90 seconds to think about it. Yapping little terrier - always something to say."

Oh that's right bring up Masi, which the whole Hamilton + Mercedes crowd got fired along with death threats etc, the guy had a nervous breakdown and literally went to work at Toys 'r Us.

Can you imagine these drivers in the 90's or 80's etc, fml. Senna punched Irvine, did anyone really give a ****? no, just be a man and get over it and move on.

I hear you, but Mclaren have always been a force to be reckoned with at LeMans and other endurance races and several other categories. In fact that was the origin of McLaren Racing not F1. Zac Brown got them into Indycar and my reason for losing interest in Mclaren was because they were almost sacrificing the F1 team for the sake of the Indycar team whilst promoting what was effectively Zak's own Hurrah on the basis of Mclaren's prior history in F1.
Now a few years later Mclaren are resurgent in F1 and their Indy Car partners, Andretti, are also moving their attention to F1, so it has come full circle. I just hope Zak has learnt from that detour and will focus on the main goal in future and not his own pet projects.
