I'm sure Lewis is going to love the "We are checking" comments. I just can't wait for the first time the Ferarri strategy experts completely screw the strategy and he loses because of that, he is going to miss the Merc strategists I think

Merc strategy has been a bit meh lately tbh - they had their time during the dominant year (also masked by a dominant car) - the benchmark now is RB - not that they even need good strategy. Ham will likely have to do what Sainz has done and just override the team

Yeah to be fair they haven't really shone either, I am going to love the fireworks when Lewis just does whatever he wants, that will make for a very appreciative atmosphere in the team

Is that now the strategist that leaves him on old hard tires often?
Also is it such a big deal if maybe Ferrari screw it up and he loses from 8th place to 10th?

I don't really care where he finishes, i just think it would be super funny to see the interactions of a very iffy strategy call and Lewis thinking he knows everything about how to go about things. Will be very entertaining

I think there could be a bit of a radical shakeup in Ferrari.
Frédéric Vasseur and Lewis Hamilton go back a long way and they are both seasoned championship winners.
I suspect that Ferrari will have given them the go ahead to create a new team around themselves in the same way that Braun and Schumacher did in their dominant era.
The first ones out of the Big Top will be the Troop of Clowns called strategists, these days a kid with a cell phone and Chat GTP could run the race strategy beter.
 
Wonder how long it will take fans to realize Hamilton is now old and will not be winning another championship.
Lets see if he can even beat an average Osama bin Russell this year.

I was hoping for a competative season.

now I am glad I did not buy a year subscription to F1TV.
I will see out the month. if there is no competitive fight at the front for first between different constructors I will go back to watching illegally like I did pre 2021.


maybe I am just too negative and I should give them a chance and the RB is not that dominant? strong doubt.

IPTV is also an option. Also thinking of cancelling F1TV. But as far as i know, it gets renewed automatically. Will have to cancel before that.

Yes these days you must remember to cancel everything. Got hit around R900 the other day for a PlayStation plus subscription and we haven't had a PlayStation for over 8 months in the house.

Carlos is actually a great driver and I don't think LH will be better than him in a Ferrari.

We could be in for a crazy 2024/25 F1 season. RB could explode with Max going to Merc, Carlos to Aston if Alonso retires? Will Charles wipe the floor with LH? Alpine is in shambles and Gasly might want to get out. Tension already between Yuki and Danny. F1 drama only starting boys.

Right now Mclaren looks to be the most solid team going forward.

I would personally love to see Carlos in the Merc, he's a great race driver and deserves a better team.

Yeah I feel like Carless has been a bit hard done by at Ferarri considering he seems just as good if not better than the golden boy, so definitely interested to see where he goes

Same as I felt about Binotto getting his contract cut off prematurely. He'll get a drive without a doubt. Definitely above average compared to the rest of the drivers in the field...

How does the quality of the racing determine whether you use f1tv or pirate streams?
