Those mclarens looked impressive on the mediums but really did struggle lighting up the softs. I think Norris was 0.6s slower on new softs in Q3.

IIRC it was also Miami last year where they brought upgrades that moved them from back of the grid to challenging at the front...

Think it was Austria that saw the first jump up the grid. I always remember Miami as being average for McLaren
