Did Oscar have his first Q3 lap deleted? I saw him go out on used tyres and could swear he had a time on the board but then he dropped to 10th with NO TIME. Crofty and co never commented on it.

Update: Yes, just watched it again. Oscar did a 1min 12.5 and was in 7th, but then he dropped to the bottom with no time. Zero broadcast elaboration!

that was a funb quali session.
its really nice that there are 4 teams actually fighting for pole.
the gap between 1st and 6th is 3 tenths.
Merc looks like they finally have a car that can fight, and it looks like Ferrari is falling away when you look at the results but they really are not. I feel like this was as much strategy on when to go out as it was car performance for all the drivers in the top 10, ok maybe the Alpines could not really fight up there so lets say for 8 of the top 10.

Checko was where he was due to when he did his laps.
Piastry made mistakes, possibly due to small amount of floor damage as mentioned on F1TV.

and if the Ferrari's were on track when the Merc's were doing their laps and the merc's were when the Ferrari's were would the order have been swapped? I think so.

Very happy for Lando. and very happy with the results
 
Today as I was going to you tube, there was the qualifying live on you tube and it says the race is in so many hours.
