The true GOAT at 41 years old was prepared to shove someone into a wall at 300KPH for 10th place in his Merc days

yeah you can find many many examples of dangerous driving by him.

his battles with Sena and Hill.
his battels with Villeneuve.
and that is not even bringing into question what his manager might have done behind the scenes, I mean we know SOME of the things he has done that has gotten him a ban from F1, but for the second time he is back in the F1 paddoc after a ban (now with Alpine)

that being said, you can find examples of dangerous driving by any of the greats the question is how does that decrease over time. with Shumi it was bad in the 90's then basically nothing in the 2000's and then again in the final stint with Merc.

with Sena you can find examples early in his career and then it stops.
I cant think of any examples by Prost but I am sure there are.
I also cant think of any examples by Vettel, but I did not watch F1 between 2004 and 2017
I am sure there are a few examples of Hamilton doing it as well, but I think maybe 3 or 4 in total, where Alonso you might find 8 to 10 examples in the same amount of race starts as Hamilton.

so what is an acceptable number of dirty driving tactics as a portion of race starts? 1%? less than 1% more? should there be any amount that is acceptable because that is what racing is?
I cant answer that question.

It is like you are just throwing stuff around and see what sticks?

Good to see RB being under pressure. Next year could be one of the best.

Is Max really that much faster than everyone on the grid?

Yes unlike the DTS fans on this thread I would guess the F1 teams and bosses will know what they talking about.
So seeing they say exactly what I have been saying for a long time. It is now time for all Merc and Mclaren fans on this thread to stop talking kak and just listen to my analyses, as it seems I am the only one here that knows F1.

Yeah lol, coincidence that he's been challenged for the first time in years too.
LOL more bias from the Brits
Lando had one safety car win.
Then he had an brief overtake in a sprint race and then faded.
Then he had a faster car on new tires and could not even pass.
But OOOO he are now the first challenger for Verstappen in Years.

What about the first half of 2022. How many great races was there between Max and Charles? There was no big controversies. Leclerc was leading the championship for a good while.
But hey no British involved so it does not count and no moves got an uproar in the media.

This seems to have polarized many fans, even the commentators. For those of us that just want to see hard wheel to wheel racing this incident can only be good going forward. My personal opinion is lando needed this, hopefully he'll toughen up,take a leaf out of Hamilton's book and give out as good as he gets from Max.
