According to what measurements?
The last 10 years his teammates you can measure him against was
Button who is an pretty average driver. Button won one year and Alonso won another.
Then His teammate was Stoffel Van Doorn. How long did he last in F1?
Then his teammate was Ocon. Ocon won once, Alonso won once. So how good is Ocon?
Now its Stroll?

You all live in a fools paradise. Alonso is old and slow. If Aston gets a proper driver you will see they will compete well in the top 10 every week. I am sure they are close to Ferrari and Merc on what they should be achieving.

Max has passions and interests outside of F1 and he has been pretty open about this. He has also been open about not enjoying the noise around F1 (politics, media circus, Netflix-fabricated drama, etc.) and not being in F1 to chase records. It is not a matter of age catching up to him, but the desire and passion to continue doing the same thing.

For a start, he is a family man and seems to be happy in this aspect of his life, and the F1 calendar makes this hard to navigate. He spends a lot of time away from his family. Secondly, he has a passion for endurance and GT racing, both in real life and simulators, to the point that he has his own team - https://racing.verstappen.com/about/

He started by entering online events via iRacing to now actively competing in real world GT racing. And you can see the difference in his demeanor when he is at an F1 event and when he is at a GT event. He actually looks like he is enjoying GT racing.

When he leaves F1 for GT/endurance racing, it will be because he no longer enjoys F1 or feels challenged by it.

Yuki Tsunoda has apologised to the Racing Bulls team for comments he made about Liam Lawson after Qualifying last time out at the United States Grand Prix, with the Japanese driver labelling his remarks as “very unnecessary”.

Yuki Tsunoda hit out at Liam Lawson following Qualifying at the United States Grand Prix, but the Red Bull driver has now apologised for the remarks.

Or maybe it's just that PlanetF1's revenue came in under their cap and they are looking for clicks...
