Nah, no FIA "human error". It'd be a great championship for Max.Gawd. If max wins the championship are we going to have 5 years of "robbed in Vegas" to deal with?

Would've preferred it without the DSQs but a comeback is a comeback.Agreed, if Max pulls it off somehow, I am sure it would rank up there with the best come backs ever
“We apologise to Lando and Oscar for the loss of points today, at a critical time in their championship campaigns after two strong performances from them all weekend,” said McLaren’s team principal, Andrea Stella. “As a team, we also apologise to our partners and fans, whose support means so much. While this outcome is extremely disappointing, we remain fully focused on the last two races of the season.”
Nah it'd make more sense for Lando to take out Max and then Abu Dhabi be Lando v Oscar or else the marketing guys will have less to work with...The question is whether Oscar is going to play sacrificial lamb next race into corner 1 or not lol.
Yes same reason Ferrari often tell their drivers to lift and coast. They knew their car was too low to be competitive and the expanding titanium has been removed.Explains why Lando dropped back so quickly behind Max after being told to go catch him. Curious about the radio messages betweent the drivers and the team. I suspect they knew so coasted to minimise the wear.
Seriously big screw up by the team. But Lando still has as sizeable lead with 2 races to go. He won 2 of the last 3 races so has the form to win at least one of the remaining races. I still have Lando to take the title, but having max breathing down your neck this close won't be fun.
OH so they did manage the plank wear and not possible fuel problem.“A frustrating end to today," he said. "We had to do some managing towards the end of the race and now we know it was due to some issues on our car, which have unfortunately resulted in us being disqualified."
Bragging about the evidence of the cheating

I believe there was 0.12mm too much plank wear on Lando's carAnyone know the technical details related to ride height? I mean, how much too low were the McLarens? And how much benefit in lap time is there in being that low?
I think it's simply governed by the plank skid wear and rigidity itself.Anyone know the technical details related to ride height?
Say the car would've been safe if it was 0.5mm higher. Does that 0.5mm translate into significant performance improvement?I believe there was 0.12mm too much plank wear on Lando's car
Decreased ride height = massively increased downforce.
