Anyone want to hazard any predictions for the sprint and the feature race this weekend?

Yep, Helmut Marko is a real pooes! Instead of insults and ignorance, why not show some empathy. Head of driver development programme my a$$, not with his kind of nurturing style.

No shame in crying and showing emotion... especially for Isack Hadjar. I mean it's been this huge buildup for weeks, especially for the rookies, they're young and excited for the first race, media in their faces non stop, the pressure... that rush... and then to lose it all on the warmup lap, that's gutting, especially for a rookie. That's not a nice memory to have as your first race.

Its F1 the pinnacle of motorsport, you do not get participation trophies.
Everyone loving and supporting him is fine, but someone had to tell him that he F^%$ up and crying is not going to take it away.
So one of the people paying his salary is probably best to tell him that.
Or must he be quiet and just fire him when he keeps doing stuff like that?

Then do it behind closed doors, not out in public. Like a professional.

Also, Hadjar knows he fvcked up...hence his emotions.

You do know that you can be both empathetic AND still tell him he messed up right?
