and Flavio paid a lot to williams to get Colapinto.

I am glad he did not get Carlos. no one wins when you are no longer with flavio. and most people dont win WITH flavio.

I dunno why they don't just get Max in for 30 minutes to consult with driver 2 on how the car needs to be setup and driven.
It doesn't look like he has any idea either although he was doing better towards the end of the race. If it was the lower weight or him figuring out a few things we won't know yet

Hey, if nothing else, we'll at least hear Yuki tell us what he thinks of the car.

Listen genius, its been discussed many times. The way Max sets up the car it is so sensitive the other driver's reflexes are too slow to handle it.. So Max is the last person you ask how to set up and drive your car.

why dont they just play sim games

why dont they use the settings from there

useless advisors i tell you

ferrari really went from so much fun to so much sadness
but damn those mclarens are fast

piastri deserves this title more for me he has worked so hard and is a good quiet racer

Dont stop believing.

Hamilton is the one.

So far the two rookies who seem a bit out of place is Doohan and Lawson. Lawson in particular due to him never driving those two tracks and coming to terms with a difficult car.

Kimi, Bortaleto and Bearman is doing very well in my opinion.

Hamilton is doing very well, but he does not have the pressure of learning tracks. It is merely the team setup he needs to get used to.
I agree with all of this.

Small caveat: Hamilton has already won a sprint race.

I'd probably add that Doohan is doing about the best he can with that rather slow-looking Alpine. I mean he's not doing much worse than Gasly and Gasly has been at Alpine for a number of years now. He must stop gathering penalty points though, that doesn't help matters,

The only guy really struggling is Lawson. He needs to get on top of that Red Bull. Hopefully things start looking up from here....

interesting.

I know merc tavkled this kind of thing with the race debrief on Youtube. and that is something that I always enjoy watching.

dont know if Ferrari does something similar....

Imagine you are Carlos Sainz.
You drive for Mclaren and easily beat your teammate. You then decide to rather sign for Ferrari. You then lost your Ferrari seat and now drive at the back for Williams. Yet the teammate at Mclaren that you beat easily is now favorite to win the championship in that car.
Must have sleepless nights.

Think that most of the Ferrari team would also like a debrief, so that they also know what is happening and why. ;)
At this stage I think the planing tool is a coin toss and decisions are made on the fly.
