I am a bit late as I only just watched the Repeat:
Incredible drive form Max aside, that was a boring race.
Suzuka is only exciting in the wet and the weather let us down.

That’s despite the Williams star having a valid excuse as he fell ill just before the race and had to visit the on-track doctor.
FIA is losing the plot.
That is Ridiculous.
He would have been better off not turning up at all with the Dr. marking him off sick.
But instead he made an effort not to miss the Anthem for which he got penalised.
FIA need a serious rethink, F1 is becoming a soap opera for the TV audiences rather than being the pinnacle of motorsport.

What a lacklustre race... the McLarens would've run away with it if it wasn't for Max in the front.
Passing was just impossible... unless you had fresh tyres and the guys in front was on old, and even then it was an effort.
Bearman demolished Ocon this race.
Hadjar demolished Lawson this race.

Ferrari and Mercedes level pegging in performance, but they'll really need to find some improvements if they want to play with McLaren. I won't say Red Bull improved, they're still in the same ball park as Ferrari and Mercedes, just that Max was special this weekend.

Of course only two drivers were eligible for DotD... Lawson and Tsunoda, and of course Tsunoda won, but they compromised a bit on setup for him this weekend, but at least he went forwards, while Lawson went backwards, ouch.

This F1 2025 thread started with Ferrari / Lulu love. It has quickly simmered down.

I believe is still strong though, hopefully next race.
