Hamilton 0.6s behind his teammate, told you so last year.
He is old and have too much money. Will not take risks, it was evident on a circuit like this.

Now the hype train is over and us Ferrari fans must waste our time with a shiny pink marshmallow in the garage. Whats next? Next race Lizzo is going to be the jack man?

Nice to hear a team principal admit they've got the best race pace and looking for the win.

No "ahh you never know" and "<team x> looks strong" bs 😃

Lance Strulovitch - who knew this was his real name.

Not me.

News to me as well. I guess when you have money you can just chop and change things at will.

Also had no idea their empire was based on so many big fashion brands.

"#F1 QUALI ANALYSIS 📊

1) AERO
🔵VER stormed to an expected pole, aided by RBR's excellent aero efficiency!
🟠McL's and 🟢Mercedes' downforce was unmatched, but it could not compensate for their high drag
🔴Ferrari chose a compromise but was slower overall

2) BEST SECTORS
One different car quickest in each
-Surprisingly, VER quickest in the twisty S1
-RUS quickest in S2 (fast corners)
-PIA quickest in S3, despite top speed deficit

3) MINISECTORS
-PIA was quickest in over half the lap, yet VER was quicker overall (lost less where he lost, and gained more when he gained)
-VER gained over all the full-throttle sections

VER's low drag will aid in the fights, while Mercedes/McL's more loaded setup might aid with tyre wear"

For a driver of his caliber I didn't expect him to struggle this much, one would expect him to have done much better with his pedigree, new team or not. I'm actually comparing him to the rookies now, because his acting like the '7th rookie' this season. Seriously, it's not like his driving the second Red Bull car. He of all the drivers who has changed teams this year, or who are rookies should have the upper hand and be performing above them all. He's performance compared is lagging against them, simple as that.

You could put Alonso in that Ferrari now and he will be level with Le Clerc or even trouncing him, I'm pretty sure of that. Alonso has a way of performing in a car above expectations, and that's my opinion.

Your opinion needs some facts to straighten it out. Fernando is trailing with the rookies boet.

Tell us, do you rate Sainz at no 16 in this field?
Don't be one dimensional... my opinion is not based on points scored this season... it's much broader than that.
I wasn't talking about Sainz either, because the quality of driver is not solely based on the points they score alone, thus my opinion here is not based on points.

1. Leclerc is underrated -- He is actually very, very good.
2. Alonso is actually slowing down with age, whether he believes it or not.
3. Due to the above, right now Leclerc is stronger than Alonso in the same machinery.

I keep saying it and nobody listens. Hamilton in old. Old drivers are not fast anymore. They might be consistent and can help a team develop a car, but they not fast.
Hamilton could not keep up with a way worse driver like Russell anymore. He was depressed and he and his supporters was looking for excuses. Now its the same thing at different team, just a better teammate. Its nothing to do with the Ferrari.

Same for Alonso. He is even older. Ocon beat him and that was 3 years ago. Now he is even older and are compared to Stroll. Ocon cant even beat the rookie.

Alonso and Hamilton should go into commentating as they seem to cling onto the sport. This is no grudge against either of them. Us Schumacher fans have seen this before.
