I like this, if he moves there I would then support them easily, Horny would be one of the few people capable of sorting out that Italian *****.

He'll be back soon - doubt for Ferrari but agree it's a huge loss for RB especially if he's free without gardening leave - he knows everything valuable there. I'd guess even Cadillac F1 may be interested.

Doubt Ferrari would, Fred and Lewis are best buds, plus Ferrari would lose millions of fans to s**cide

100% a power play by Helmut and Jos. the Austrian side of Red Bull do not like Horner but the Thai side of Red Bull do like him.

I feel like Horner will take this opportunity to spend more time at home away from the stress of the track.
I can see him coming back to F1 maybe in 2026. leaving now means he can be on 6 months of gardening leave so he can partner with Aston and Honda again.
but then he will force Lance out.

we can hope at least

I disagree, that whole thing was a setup and the first attempt at this power play.
The international court cleared him, it is only the fans that have classed him as guilty.
Marko thinks he has won but in fact Horner is leaving a sinking ship.
He will be the winner in the long term as he is one of the most successful team principals in the history of F1 with
8 drivers and 6 constructors titles under his watch.
What has Marko achieved in that time apart from destroying many many promising careers.
 
I think it was a smear campaign.

in the same way I think Jacob Zuma is an idiot and a crook, and likely guilty of rape, I do also believe that when he had the rape allegations against him that was a smear campaign and the sex was consensual. the case that went to court he was innocent of.

Ferrari's issues go far deeper than simply putting the wrong tyres on cars. Their problems stem from the corporate boardroom.

And Horner not being able to speak Italian won't help, as this is something that has come up with Vasseur. He doesn't speak Italian either, using broken English to communicate with the team and his superiors, and apparently this doesn't go down well.
