Both Williams into the Top 10 shootout at a track that SHOULDN'T suit this car

Noticed that in Q1 - might also explain his bouncing comment. But they can fix it for the race

Not really, oscillations are common in all tuned systems where one parameter is slightly out.
Try getting a circuit to oscillate at a particular frequency when just approaching it with a test probe is sufficient to change the frequency or stop the oscillation.

And that is what proposing is, an oscillation in a finely tuned mechanical system.
I think it was a slight over or under adjustment based on a rounding error.

I think it was one turn too may on a torque wrench.
and don't forget it was the First Time the FIA had used the new tool, the old tool would not have detected such a small variation.
They even said it was not as far out as they measured on Piastre a few races ago but as the tool couldn't measure such a small variation it rounded up.
 
So in the beginning of the year the DTS fans told us Hamilton needs time to learn the car.
Its now the end of the season. How long does he need?
Still cant beat his teammate that has less than 10 F1 wins

Did Lewis beat George last year in a Merc he's driven for a over decade ( Russell 245 - Lewis 223 ) :unsure:
