Like PCW said the points difference is what matters not who wins.
There is currently a 24 point lead. The maximum points are 26 per race plus 8 for the sprint so its more about how many points will Norris lose. A DNF from him and the other 2 can take the lead.

I thought exactly the same thing - it looks like they're racing under VSC. Why is that?
