F1 2026

Not a great first impression for the new regulations in my opinion

Just way too much emphasis on the power unit. Being creative with things like aerodynamics or suspension is pointless if your power unit is crap.

Mercedes not winning by a minute means there's hope. Ferrari look like they can at least keep Mercedes on their toes a bit.

Seeing cars easing off on the straights just isn't right. I'm sure by the end of the season and going into next season then teams will have a better understanding of everything so should normalise a bit. Bit right now, not too keen for this season

Great start to the season.
Don't think Merc is going to run away with it. I'm guessing some circuits they will be on top, other it will be Ferrari.
Don't think Ferrari's strategy was too wrong. Maybe try pitting one car with the others, but at the end it was obvious their car gained no advantage with newer tyres, so they probably would have been even slower if the tyres was older.

When drivers and teams begin to learn and exploit these new cars it might get more exciting. I am just worried its going to be all about the technology and little driver skills. Max sitting behind Norris gave me that idea.

Looks like the second redbull seat still cursed eish unlucky Hadjar he did everything right :(

A high court judge has ordered the FIA, Bernie Ecclestone and Formula One Management to pay Felipe Massa £250,000 costs in an ongoing legal dispute.

In November, a court ruling said the former F1 driver's legal action against the defendants can go to trial. He had taken legal action over the 2008 "Crashgate" scandal during the Singapore Grand Prix.

The court ruled that Massa can try to recover damages in regards to the controversy but rejected his claim for a declaration he should have won the 2008 drivers' title.

In a court order seen by Sky Sports News, a judge ruled that the FIA, Formula One Management and Ecclestone must pay Massa £250,000 as part of the costs of the latest round of applications in the case.

However, the judge did grant part of the defendants' applications and has certified that an important legal issue in the case should go straight to the Supreme Court for a decision. The defendants have 14 days to pay the costs.
