Fable 2 Thread

well the upside is that I made a point to spend all my cash on property before I signed off last, so after two days I should have a nice big lump of cash waiting for me when I check in again :D

I read that feature in the manual last night... very nice concept.
 
It is a simple feature that creates the feeling that Albion is still there when my machine is off. :D
Kudos to Molyneux for that! :D
 
hey ppl, see we're all havin fun in albion. i made easy cash via trading (initally). I bought the cow and corset givin me a 34% discount for weapons there. then i bought weapons there and sold them to a weapons trader in foux gardens up the road from the smithy. made even more when more when the C&C had a major sale (50% off). using this method i was able to buy EVERY property in brownstone (just for the hell of it :D) now im raking in +8500 gold every 5min!! did all this in 3 hours after buyin the C&C.

@kage, thanks for the idea about the master cleaver+ghoul augment! thats just killer.

A question for anyone that's finished it - after the crucible how far is there to go in the main quest?

I think that there is a quest involved with the castle purchase from what I undersand there is a sex change potion that you can get there...:p
 
Ok, so I went to the Tattred Spire and must say...it left me dissapointed...I expected something...more...
 
I own Fable2 & a x360 ... but they're both in PE :(

Do you guys mind not playing this game for a while until I catch up? That way we can all share our stories on par.

*status update*
done with garth and completed every related side quest after the rescue. Bot giles farm and got the enforcer. still using the master cleaver+ghoul augment but im after the legendary katana, the dachi or something. but first i need to progress the story a bit more. bot off most of oakfield and westcliff (make sure u invest in westcliffs dev before u go to spire) so now, coupled with the properties in bowerstone i'm rakin in +13000 per 5min. Got my first million yest mornin. yay!! fables suckin my life away...i need therapy..

I finished the spire quest last night...was dissapointed...expected more of a battle...going to do sidequests now...also looking for the Daichi...i know where to get it but not how...:(

i kinda know wat u mean. oh well, no games perfect right? did you obey in the spire or did you help the prisoners; not kill bob etc etc?
 
Just finished the main quest........WTF?!?

Without spoiling anything, i HATED the ending. Most dissapointing ending of a game for a long time...
 
btw, did anyone buy the brightwood tower yet? 250000 gold! you get some quest there regardin the bed. did anyone do it yet cos im about to
 
i think i bought every property available, incl the castle, got too much money now.
i also feel a bit let down with the ending. my choice left me with a bit of a digging problem - that theresa woman is a retard. i think i should start over with an evil hero.
