Facebook Account Hacked: What are my options to recover the account? Tried Fb help center, but no luck...Please assist.

Did somebody (From Vietnam?) change the email and phone numbers and add an MFA?
You need to go through the reset steps,and keep saying you can't verify using number or email,eventually you should get an option to send a copy of your identification (Passport/Drivers etc) to reset it
