Telkom kakkerige but it works. Sorta. Lol.
1. Debit Orders - not optional; I hate being treated like a kid.
2. No A/H support. Actually, little support in general. No defined process. Call the number provided it goes unanswered. They will treat you like you are an idiot or you are at fault. Knowledgeable users are a problem.
3. Speeds leave much to desire. Attached my 50Mbps line speed results. Floats around 30Mbps. If I have to raise it with them, I expect them to tell me my router being none standard is the cause even if I could test with a hAP AC Lite (their standard issue).I want to buy an apartment here but the monopoly FairCom has in my sectional scheme leaves much to be desired. I remain a client (not by choice).
I also noticed a security flaw about the configuration of the attached intercomms which I cannot discuss on here.
