Fake SAA pilot flew under radar

That would've been a reportable incident if it wasn't authorised.

Until the one day where he needs the info that a person really qualified would have known, and he crashes into parliament on the morning of a SONA. Then it's chaos.

On what grounds? If he has a valid CPL he meets CAA requirements. There are co-pilots currently flying in our local airlines without ATPL, think insurance ain't gonna pay if they crash?

If a suicidal pilot deliberately flew a plane into terrain they will pay.
 
a example of flight engineer's station, never seen so many toggle switches in my life.

It must be a fairly repetitive and boring profession, unless of course you can have some innocent fun with the pilots as you have control over so many system there are a load of pranks you could do.

most of them are like fuses, dont need to touch them, unless something shorts out the wiring.
