far cry 3 stuttering issue?

Might have something to do with the 6000 series cards I dunno... But having said that, I'm see nvidia having drama as well!

game itself seems to run ok, but cut-scenes are totally screwed as hell. Hit escape to go into the menu and its like the mouse has zero 3d acceleration... :(

Yup yup, same issue here as well. I looked like cereal guy this morning when I wanted to try the game.

I have a 1GB AMD 6950 card.

Good to see I'm not the only one.

Zero stuttering on my 670oc.
 
I'm not experiencing what you have described however I've noticed something extremely wrong with the graphics. Once I've tagged an enemy and they disappear behind cover or whatever the case is, I start moving and their outline becomes very strutted, like he is shifting around super fast. Kind of hard to explain sorry :( Running on a GTX670 with the latest Beta drivers 310.64
 
After the 1.02 update last night the game has stuttering like crazy, it's almost unplayable now. It used to run smooth as butter...GTX 670.
