Farm Attacks

It's amazing that these guys think that they can get away with that.

I think there is a reason the guy's father only lets him run the farm stall.
1) He killed the guy in front of his friends.
2) He gets the victim's friend's to bury the body.
3) He hides the body on his father's property
4) He doesn't even do a good job at hiding it:
Pieterse's remains were discovered by police three weeks later after farmworker Hendrina "Mooimeit" Jonkers twice saw Visser in the vicinity and noticed flies buzzing around the disturbed earth when she had a closer look.

To cap it off:
Visser, 43, had pleaded not guilty to charges of murder, assault with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm and four charges of common assault of three other people.

Probably less that the farmers tortured and killed, but that's none of my business

And was a killed farmer in this thread today?

Am I not allowed to say what I think he deserves because he's an animal?

Why does everything has to turn to whataboutism with you?

No need to answer.

Read it carefully:

This guy is as much of a farmer as the people running the wine tasting tours. The only reason why they would label him a farmer is because of the political implication of it.

He would still make Afriforum's stats if that worker murdered him and dragged him with a bike instead, don't you think?

You're allowed to say whatever you want, and so am I.

Don't use the whataboutism cliche whenever something gets raised that you don't like. It is relevant.

eh? Does this not qualify as "Farm Attack" ? Isn't that the thread I posted in?

It does, they always do this when a farmworker is killed, plus all the questions about the person being a real farmer, blah blah blah, you'll never see such questions when a farmer is murdered, no one cares if he was a real farmer or a son of a farmer.

Usually ends up as a racial thing when a farm worker gets killed by a farmer.

But yes, this is the appropriate thread for this. Farm workers are also victims.

I would say this is exactly the type of crime that people think they can commit in a rural area, it is definitely a showcase as to why rural security is a problem for everyone.

Which again, painfully points out the reason why the commando system should have been reformed to include farm workers rather than replaced.

Cheers in Vredendal court as farmer who murdered seasonal worker is handed life sentence

Lutzville farmer Martin Visser was expressionless when the Western Cape High Court, sitting in Vredendal, on Wednesday handed him a life sentence for murdering a local farmworker with a spade, dragging him with a quadbike and burying him behind his father's vineyard in 2015. Judge Nathan Erasmus said Visser had handled Adam "Mannetjies Dukvreet" Pieterse like a sick animal, a "bag of mielies" he threw over his shoulder, and "a lifeless sack of skin" he dragged behind his two-wheeler.

"Whatever the sentence, the damage that has been done cannot be corrected. His family will never have the privilege of seeing their loved one again." Sentencing in the packed courtroom got off to a late start after Visser attempted suicide during an adjournment. He had ostensibly tried to hang himself with his jacket, which broke and resulted in him falling and hurting his ear.

After being treated at a local hospital, proceedings continued. A troubled looking Visser constantly touched the bandage partially covering the left side of his head.
