The farmers had blocked all entrances with their tractors so no one could enter the area. They requested all women to leave the area saying: “You do not want to see what’s going to happen here today”.

Bud this is discount ADT/Neighbourhood Watch at best.

Ag fok, and now we have the, 'I was in the army in 1970/80/90 and will fukk them up' bunch who mostly cannot reach their shoes to tie the laces or see their dicks without a mirror brigade and are out of breath walking from the couch to the fridge also now jumping in.

And they were probably all actually chefs and SAMIL drivers, who over the years have morphed into Recces....

A lot of them were really good soldiers with a lot of real world experience, but age is a thing, and the type of 'war' we are talking about here is likely very different, not at a distant border but in our homes and close to our families.

I was also a soldier in the '80s and worked with rebel forces at the time in Angola, I know how that was, how different I believe it will be if we have a civil war of any sort here, so am trying to be realistic about this sort of thing.

I believe we are on a really slippery slope, and the idea of a 'war' of any sorts scares me a lot, not because I am afraid for myself, but because I am afraid for my family and others, and because of how badly civil wars in Africa or anywhere else for that matter affect the people we care for.
Sort of like these terrible murders, but on a MUCH larger scale.

There is a reason soldiers are usually young.

Yeah I agree with you - was in the "mag" too.

The big talkers on here who seem keen on civil war would probably be the first ones to flee in terror should such a thing actually occur. I met a few of those types during my time in the army, so am sceptical.

BS. We’re ready for a civil war. We’ll be on the frontlines with our keyboards.

You are generalizing too much, myself I am not particularly keen for it but I know it's coming. And my health is so bad if it gets serious I am a dead man walking.... still I am not about to be a coward about it like many others here.

Hope your health improves - not being snarky, genuinely mean it.
