Farm Attacks

you changed unusual to reserved. Not the same meaning.

It is unusual to be caught days later with a car you have stolen if you are in the US and you just murdered someone in a gruesome and bloody way.

Today we have seen the ANC and EFF act so foolishly in Piet Retief. I agree with you there. Criminals do act foolishly.
I meant the stupidity is not reserved for South Africa as you claimed, I didn't change anything.

It's really not reserved for South Africa, and there is no specific way of behavior for a criminal after murdering a farmer that's different to murdering any other person. Criminals all over the world have been caught engaging in very foolish behavior.

I do think that perhaps a degree of carelessness creeps in when your chances of being caught are slim.
Were these chaps just "unlucky?"
Either way good job by the cops and security.

Agriculture Minister Thoko Didiza has called an attack on farmers an attack on the country’s food security. A Rural National Safety Plan has long been mooted, but where are the results? With 15 recorded murders on KwaZulu-Natal farms in the last year, farmers are coming together to take their safety into their own hands. Through a community-funded network of cameras, security companies and farming associations, the farmers are equipping themselves to track down farm murderers and bring them to book. But as the communities step up, Carte Blanche sits down with Premier Sihle Zikalala to ask where government fits into the equation.
In total between 30 to 40 farm attacks in KZN.
