Exactly. Why would anyone except a complete loon ever want to make fake news about this??

Option 1: (unlikely imo, since there are enough shocking true stories) Make up a story about farm murders to fuel fears of "swart gevaar", white genocide or whatever they want recognised.
Option 2: Made up to add more noise to the discourse. Making up some obviously fake stories about something you dislike will have people questioning everything. It will give people disputing that farm murders are serious an obvious lie to point to.
Option 3: Not made up.

There are many examples of debunked fake stories.

Why do you think gruesome pictures are shared more often and more widely than verified information of these 'attacks'? Because it's emotive.

vs. 50 people murdered in a population of... what 60/70 million country wide?

Maybe better to know how many farmers there are in the entire country vs how many councilors there are in KZN. I imagine you'll find the murder rate numbers are wild for the councilors.

There might be a real logic behind prioritising them over farm murders.

Not only is psycological warfare and torture being waged against the small scale commercial agricultural sector resulting in an unnatural decline that is essentially slowly destroying it, as a result small town economies are being destroyed.

Living in a small town I can attest that it's totally dependant upon this kind of farming.

This isn't about murders and losing loved ones, it is trying to turn it into something more than it is, it's whinging when other murders are highlighted, it's the whining that a murder didn't show up in the news when hundreds if murders didn't show up in the news.

• Scapegoating for all the current day problems
• Progressive disenfranchisement (overpowering majority vote ensuring the minority can never vote it's way out of as much as a wet paper bag)
• Progressive looting of assets (BEE)
• Threats of physical violence
• Actual targeted extreme violence (farm murders are not normal murders, too much torture, theft is clearly not the motive because often firearms and valuables are left behind)
• The use of slurs to other them as scum so that the general populace will not be overly bothered by small infractions against them (interestingly this apparently is the first sign as you will hear from the survivors of genocides)
• The foced boycotting of their businesses
• Systemic police bias against them (not everywhere but increasing)
• State organs disproportionately targeting them
• A collaborative docile media fueling bias against them
• etc

The only reason the ANC has not yet played open hard ball is they have the EFF to do what they cannot.

Out of curiosity, why don't other racial groups post the torture they endure on social media as much? Is it normalised in the culture when someone of another racial group spews racial profanities while torturing and murdering them?
